To analyze how resistant materials relieve the toxicity of triketone herbicide, Transcriptome sequencing of resistant material HZ (OsHIS1), sensitive material XL628S(his1), two-line hybrid rice LLY942(HIS1, his-28bp) with or without BBC herbicide treatment was performed. HZ, LLY942, XL628S were cultivated in the greenhouse for 10 days. The treatment group was sprayed with BBC diluent, while the control group was sprayed with tap water. Transcriptome sequencing was performed after 12 hours of treatment.
